How we work
Checked before and after every repair.
Every repair starts with a signed check-in sheet. We test your phone's functions in front of you before opening it, and again when you pick it up. So you always know how it came in and how it goes out.

The shop
LidoTech is a small repair shop at Lido Market, on Via Sandro Gallo. One person at the counter: whoever answers you on WhatsApp is the person who repairs your phone.
We replace parts: screens, batteries, back glass, cameras, charging ports and speakers. We don't do motherboard repairs: if the fault is there, we tell you straight away.

How long does it take?
Screens and batteries are often done the same day, if the part is in stock. Message us on WhatsApp first: we'll tell you if we have the part and when to come.
Is the online price the final price?
It's the starting price. We agree the final price before we start, in the shop or on WhatsApp. No repair starts without your OK.
What warranty do I get?
All screen repairs come with a 3-month warranty, except Economy: it has no additional commercial warranty, but the statutory guarantee of conformity always applies. Accidental damage is excluded.
Do you collect or ship phones?
No. Repairs are done only in our shop on the Lido: no couriers, no shipping.
Do you repair motherboards or water-damaged phones?
No, we only replace parts (screens, batteries, back glass, cameras, charging ports, speakers). If the fault is on the motherboard, we tell you straight away.
What should I do before bringing my phone?
Make a backup (iCloud or Google). After the repair we test the phone together, so keep your unlock code handy.
